C-R-Y regards the privacy of all children and young users as of utmost importance. We will take every means necessary to protect any information you may give to us. We are committed to keep children safe online.

This includes Registry information such as your name, age and email address. We will not rent, sell, loan or otherwise market your personal information to any third party. We will only use your information if you email us requesting information, or only if we need to pull out the material sent by you. We trust that you will act responsibly and sensitively. We are open-minded about your materials, but any offending, abusive or malicious content/ material will not be included. We are looking for comments from caring, responsible children and we are looking for honesty and sensitivity first.

It is important to note, that if we are compelled by any governmental authority of competent jurisdiction within the United Kingdom to release information regarding a registrant, we must do so. We assure you that this would be only entity outside of the C-R-Y to be able to obtain information and this will be done for protecting children online.
However, we do expect you to only give us your name, age and email address for registration – not your personal data.
